At only twenty years old she has broken records and reached new heights that very few of her peers have reached. she's one of the best strikers in Zambia and definitely deserves a spotlight for her amazing talent.

back in Zambia Banda played for local footballclubs First with Indeni Roses then Green Bafalo football club. She was first introduced to the world When she represented Zambia at the 2014 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup and. Later in 2018 she first international deal with EDF Longrono of spains to division ( Liga Iberdrola ) making her the first Zambian Female footballer to Play in Europe.
At the olympics in 2020 during Zambias first group stage match, the she scored a hat trick against the Netherlands and In their second group match, she scored another hat trick against China becoming the first female player in Olympics history to score back-to-back hat tricks and the first to score two hat tricks in one tournament. In January 2020 Banda was transferred into the Chinese Super leagueand signed with Shanghai Shengli FC she was Later named the 2020 Chinese Women's Super League top scorer.
In 2021 she launched The Barbra Banda Foundation, a non profit organization which is aimed at promoting empowerment for Women and girls in Sport. 
It aims to support programs that deal with Economic inequality, Gender-based Violence, lack of access to equal opportunities, teenage pregnancies, and early marriages in order to help alleviate these vices using the power of sport.
